Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kochi. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, including managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include optimizing operational procedures, managing budgets, and implementing effective strategies to enhance service delivery. The Operations Manager will also monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
