Role

We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Operations Manager with 2-3 years of media buying or senior operational experience. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle, optimizing our operational workflows, and managing strategic vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate is a master problem-solver who thrives on efficiency and excellence, ensuring our sales promises are delivered beyond expectation. 

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight & Process Optimization

• Manage the end-to-end execution of all OOH campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 
• Analyze and re-engineer operational workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability. 
• Supervise and mentor Operations Executives, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure team success. 

Media Buying & Inventory Management

• Lead media buying activities, leveraging industry knowledge and data to identify and secure the most effective OOH sites for our clients. 
• Oversee the management of our site inventory, ensuring data accuracy and maximizing asset utilization. 

Strategic Vendor Management

• Develop and manage relationships with key vendors (printers, fabricators, installers), negotiating preferential rates and ensuring service level agreements are met. 
• Continuously source and evaluate new vendors to enhance quality and cost-effectiveness. 

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and implement KPIs to track operational performance. 
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign status, operational efficiency, and budget adherence. 

Requirements

• Experience:

  2-3 years of experience in an operations management or media buying role within the OOH advertising or media agency industry. 

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. 

• Project Management:

  Advanced project management skills with a proven ability to handle complex, concurrent campaigns. 

• Negotiation Skills:

  Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities. 

• Leadership:

  Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of media buying, OOH formats, and production processes. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel, project management software, and ideally, media planning tools. 
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. 
• Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
