Role We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Operations Manager with 2-3 years of media buying or senior operational experience. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle, optimizing our operational workflows, and managing strategic vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities Operational Oversight & Process Optimization Manage the end-to-end execution of all OOH campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise and mentor Operations Executives, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure team success. Media Buying & Inventory Management Lead media buying activities, leveraging industry knowledge and data to identify and secure the most effective OOH sites for our clients. Oversee the management of our site inventory, ensuring data accuracy and maximizing asset utilization. Strategic Vendor Management Develop and manage relationships with key vendors (printers, fabricators, installers), negotiating preferential rates and ensuring service level agreements are met. Continuously source and evaluate new vendors to enhance quality and cost-effectiveness. Reporting & Analytics Develop and implement KPIs to track operational performance. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign status, operational efficiency, and budget adherence.
