Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Operations Manager – Sales & Field to oversee day-to-day operations, business development, and client servicing for our security services division. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security services or be an ex-serviceman with strong leadership and field management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee deployment and daily operations across all client sites.
• Ensure manpower availability, discipline, and training of security personnel.
• Conduct routine site audits and surprise checks.
• Handle incident reports, escalation, and client communication.

2. Business Development & Sales:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into business.
• Identify new market opportunities for security services.
• Meet sales targets and prepare sales strategy plans.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the single point of contact for all operational matters.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct periodic client review meetings.

4. Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a field team of supervisors and guards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Motivate the team and build a culture of performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in security services, operations, or related field.
• Preference for retired defense/police personnel (Ex-Servicemen).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage large teams and field staff.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local geography and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
