Real Estate Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to guide clients through the entire transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.
• Negotiate contracts between buyers and sellers.
• Guide clients through financing and mortgage options.
• Stay up to date with local market trends, prices, and regulations.
• Build and maintain a network of clients, realtors, and lenders.
• Coordinate with inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
