Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Real Estate Sales position. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires active engagement with potential buyers and sellers, maintaining a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
