Real Estate Agent

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Depends on interview & performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for property sales (residential / commercial / land etc.)
• Meet prospective buyers, understand their requirements, show properties, and close sales
• Keep updated with market trends, property valuations, zoning, RERA rules etc.
• Negotiate deals and ensure documentation and legal compliance
• Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
• Prepare sales reports, projections, and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales or similar field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target oriented, able to work independently
• Knowledge of property laws, real estate market, buyer psychology
• Valid licensing or registration as required (if applicable)

Compensation

• Fixed salary: To be decided based on interview & experience
• Incentives / Commission: Performance based incentives or commission on sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
