Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property research, property showings, and shortlisting properties based on client needs. The agent will also provide financial advisory, support deal closures, and offer post-sales services to ensure client satisfaction. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and managing their property requirements are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
