Position Overview

We are seeking a Co-Founder (Real Estate) who is passionate about real estate and has hands-on experience in client handling, sales, and property management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, managing sales operations, and working closely with builders and developers to grow the Spark Realty brand in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and builders.
• Conduct property showings, site visits, and client meetings.
• Handle end-to-end client communication and deal closures.
• Assist in documentation, paperwork, and transaction management.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and project details in Ahmedabad.
• Work with the founding team to define business strategy and expansion goals.
• Represent Spark Realty professionally and help scale its presence in the city.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the real estate sector (residential or commercial).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of property documentation, RERA, and local regulations.
• Proven ability to handle clients independently and close high-value deals.
• Based in Ahmedabad and well-versed with the local real estate market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership qualities and accountability.
