We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our sales team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of real estate sales, and the ability to generate and convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial plots, apartments, and projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property buyers.
• Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
• Manage inquiries, follow up with clients, and maintain customer databases.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and meet assigned performance goals.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for pricing strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate deals and close sales with proper documentation.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitive developments in the Zirakpur region.
• Represent the company professionally at all times during client meetings and site visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven experience in real estate sales (plots, apartments, or builder projects preferred).
• Strong client network and local market knowledge in Zirakpur, Mohali, and Chandigarh.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email communication).
• Own vehicle is mandatory for client visits.

Work Schedule:
