Internship Period 3 Months Conversion: Full-time opportunity based on performance. Location: Lucknow Start Date: Immediate Joiners Only. Qualifications & Requirements: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – preferably in Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related fields. ● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (data handling, basic formulas, tracker management). ● Excellent coordination and communication skills. ● A quick learner with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement. ● Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage time-sensitive tasks. ● Must be able to join immediately. Head to www.imarticus.org About the Role Join our high-impact Operations team as a PGFAP Intern and be at the heart of driving career readiness for hundreds of students. This is your chance to learn, grow, and potentially convert into a full-time role based on performance. Roles & Responsibilities As a PGFAP Intern – Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Local Governance (LG) team and trainers, while working under the guidance of the Program Manager, to ensure seamless execution and effective tracking of student training and placement activities. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordination Tasks ● Liaise with Local Governance Team(LGs) to ensure every active batch receives at least one Program Manager-led intervention session. ● Coordinate with empanelled trainers to schedule and conduct monthly meetings with the Program Manager. ● Align JD-specific or common preparation sessions by coordinating with trainers Student Communication & Participation ● Share timely updates and reminders with students about upcoming prep sessions. ● Follow up diligently to ensure high attendance and engagement during sessions. ● Share session links promptly via email to ensure easy student access and reference. New Trainer Onboarding & Train-the-Trainer (TTT) ● Contact newly onboarded trainers to confirm their availability. ● Schedule and coordinate TTT sessions with the Program Manager. ● Provide access to Pegasus test batch and AST trackers ● Above process to be followed post new trainers meet onboarding criteria: -Positive feedback from empaneled trainers -Successful demo sessions Weekly LG Meetings ● To Actively participate and gather updates such as: -Current training module for each batch -Completion of at least one placement intervention after Module 1 -Readiness for Module 3 company intervention session -Completion status of Q&A sessions for all modules -Tentative batch completion dates ● Facilitate smooth batch-to-placement transition by ensuring the tracker is updated and data is shared with the Placement Operations Team within 24–48 hours. ● Follow up with respective soft skills trainer for resume approval status ● Track and ensure AST trackers, re-mock tracker are being updated. Batch Readiness & Progress Updation ● Maintain a Batch-to-Pool conversion rate of over 50%. ● Keep the PGFAP training tracker up to date with real-time batch performance and status data. ● Update the online session recordings. ● Update trainer monthly feedback and flag in case of ratings below 4.
