What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of engineering + leadership experience , with a track record of building and shipping AI-native products . Must have experience building app and web platforms , with AI/ML at the core . Strong expertise in backend/platform engineering, scalable cloud systems, and ML frameworks. Proven experience hiring, managing, and scaling large technology teams . Ability to define SOPs and engineering processes for scaling tech execution. Passion for solving manufacturing problems with AI . Most importantly you love the 0 to 1 journey Bonus points if you: Have experience with IoT and embedded systems . Have worked on AI in manufacturing or industrial tech . Have built integrations with CAD, ERP, PLM, or manufacturing datasets. Have prior startup or founding experience . This internship is an opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, supply chain, and technology , and to experience the zero → one journey of a high-growth startup. What You’ll Do As an Operations Intern , you’ll work closely with the founding team to: Manage Vendor & Supplier Networks : Coordinate with suppliers across sheet metal, fabrication, and electronics manufacturing. Build New Supplier Partnerships : Identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen our supply ecosystem. Support Operations Processes : Document, streamline, and improve day-to-day workflows.
