myUDAAN is a technology-driven social impact startup addressing mobility challenges for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, bedridden, expecting mothers, and those temporarily disabled. Through its innovative Epicenter App, myUDAAN enables users to easily book mobility assistants, locate accessible spaces, and purchase specialized mobility products. Additionally, the platform supports livelihood opportunities for individuals. myUDAAN is a part of India’s esteemed Social Impact Accelerator Program, AISEA, backed by the Department of Science and Technology and established by i-TIC Foundation, IIT Hyderabad, and Action for India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Leader, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Operations Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, supervising teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of services to myUDAAN's diverse customer base. Responsibilities also include strategizing for operational excellence, resolving challenges, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management skills, problem-solving abilities, and process optimization expertise
• Team leadership experience and adeptness at driving collaborative efforts
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and project management tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
• Background in social impact, mobility solutions, or related industries is a plus
• Graduate degree in Business, Operations Management, or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are desirable
