Operations Leader

As an Operations Leader with 7-10 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations (Back office), you will be required to operate both from the office and at home, including night shifts. Your main responsibilities will include working under pressure with strict deadlines, being proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and effectively communicating verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to team members. You will be responsible for interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and administering disciplinary procedures for Front Office team members. Additionally, you will actively participate in training the team, facilitating formal training sessions, and on-the-job training to ensure all team members maintain the same standard.
