Qualifications:

B.tech / BE Electrical , Electronics & Mechanical

Experience: 4-6 years

CTC: 5 - 6 LPA

Responsibilities

• Mobilization of new site .
• Arrangement of required Technical staff along with HR dept.
• The Day to Day monitoring of KPI of different site. Analyze the gap and advise site team.
• Conduct regular review meetings with client.
• Conduct Site audits.
• Liaise with Client’s Maintenance Manager & our Site lead at site on scheduled basis to capture voice of customer.
• Preparation of Improvement plan.
• MIS preparation covering all site for management briefing.
• Ensuring Invoicing on time and oversee receivable management.
• Identification of Technical Training need. Preparation of Training calendar and drive implementation.
• Benchmark Best practices from the industry/clients & ensure horizontal implementation of the same.
• Knowledge about CMMS will be advantageous
