Facility Executive Technical

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Executive Technical responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business functions and procedures. As a leader, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of operational processes across departments. Your qualifications include a B.Tech / BE degree in Electrical, Electronics & Mechanical with 4-6 years of experience. The offered CTC is 5 - 6 LPA. Your key responsibilities will include mobilizing new sites, arranging technical staff in collaboration with the HR department, monitoring KPIs of different sites, conducting regular review meetings with clients, performing site audits, liaising with clients" Maintenance Managers and our Site Leads, preparing improvement plans, generating MIS reports for management, ensuring timely invoicing and overseeing receivable management, identifying technical training needs, preparing training calendars, implementing training programs, benchmarking best practices, and having knowledge about CMMS.
