Job Description

Facility Executive Technical

Qualifications:

B.tech / BE Electrical , Electronics & Mechanical

Experience: 4-6 years

CTC: 5 - 6 LPA

Responsibilities

Mobilization of new site .
Arrangement of required Technical staff along with HR dept.
The Day to Day monitoring of KPI of different site. Analyze the gap and advise site team.
Conduct regular review meetings with client.
Conduct Site audits.
Liaise with Client’s Maintenance Manager & our Site lead at site on scheduled basis to capture voice of customer.
Preparation of Improvement plan.
MIS preparation covering all site for management briefing.
Ensuring Invoicing on time and oversee receivable management.
Identification of Technical Training need. Preparation of Training calendar and drive implementation.
Benchmark Best practices from the industry/clients & ensure horizontal implementation of the same.
Knowledge about CMMS will be advantageous
