Facility Executive Technical

Job Description You will be responsible for the Facility Executive Technical role at CBRE GWS in Hyderabad. Your main tasks will include equipment maintenance, facility management, maintenance and repair, building maintenance, and troubleshooting on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities - Perform equipment maintenance and repair tasks - Manage facility operations and building maintenance - Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise Qualifications - Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair - Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance - Strong Troubleshooting skills - Previous experience in facilities or property management - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field Note: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is required with a good understanding of UPS systems, HVAC systems, and other technical operations.
