Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Executive

We are seeking an experienced EHS Executive to join our team at CBRE. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance and a passion for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Job location: Sholinganallur Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain effective EHS policies and procedures- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes- Collaborate with facility management teams to ensure compliance with EHS regulationsRequirements- 2+ years of experience in EHS- Technical diploma or engineering degree- Any safety qualification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.)- Knowledge in EHS regulations and best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
