Role & Responsibilities: The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical equipment within the facility. The individual should have extensive knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and their operation, as well as the safety standards necessary for protecting people and property. Major Responsibilities: Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities, including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply, and building work. Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the entire property, ensuring the proper functioning of high-rise building systems and equipment. Report and follow up on any customer requests and complaints to the management office for resolution. Address any pending issues from the previous shift and ensure smooth operations. Maintain and update handover/takeover log books for each shift. Regularly check and maintain log books and checklists of all building facilities. Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Manager detailing maintenance activities and operational status.
