Requirements

3-5 Years of proverb experience in Operations Management or a Similar role
Strong leadership, decision-making and team management abilities
Proficient in workflow optimization, performance monitoring and conflict resolution
Skilled in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Tasks)
Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana and Slack
Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Need to work on Saturday's and flexible as well
Need to work as Floor In-charge also
