At Fyule, we aim to touch a million children by 2029 and transform education through the power of video creation. We are looking for an operations intern to join our team at Fyule. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team to support daily activities related to video content sourcing, uploading, auditing, and platform management. This role is ideal for someone young, enthusiastic, and driven. Prior experience is not required, but proactiveness and a bias for action are essential qualities. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities, including class monitoring and regular updates. Support on-ground teams with the timely release and uploading of video content on the portal. Audit videos uploaded by users to identify red flags and inappropriate content. Respond to user queries received via email/WhatsApp related to Fyule apps and the platform. Create and manage user profiles for students and schools on the platform, ensuring seamless content release on the LMS. Track and manage various metrics related to usage and activities on Fyule's apps. Test Fyule's app suite, report bugs, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and email weekly operational reports to stakeholders. Assisted the finance team with day-to-day tasks and data management.
