Operations Internship in Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Create, update, and document SOPs to ensure clarity and standardization of business processes.
• Map and organize business processes while maintaining structured and accessible documentation.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure adherence to SOPs and gather process-related inputs.
• Maintain and update data across ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance.
• Support teams in executing ERP activities including data entries, updates, and validation checks.
• Identify and report errors or gaps in ERP usage to seniors for corrective action.
• Coordinate daily operations across internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Track daily tasks and operational updates, assisting in identifying bottlenecks or delays.
• Collect and prepare MIS data inputs to support reporting and decision-making.
• Assist in onboarding new team members by explaining SOPs and basic ERP usage.
• Support seniors in implementing automation and digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
