About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in coordinating travel bookings, managing event logistics, communicating with vendors, and supporting day-to-day travel operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, hospitality, and operations management.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Support the operations team in handling bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain travel records, invoices, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports and expense summaries.
• Provide administrative support to the travel team as required.
  

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.Strong communication and coordination skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Attention to detail and good organizational skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
