About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our team in day-to-day coordination and communication tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and vendor/exhibitor management.

Key Responsibilities

Make follow-up and coordination calls to vendors and exhibitors.Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments or deliveries.Coordinate with vendors for timely execution of tasks and deliverables.Liaise with exhibitors for event participation, documentation, and queries.Maintain tracking sheets and update status reports regularly.Support overall operations and ensure smooth backend processes.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable making calls and following up professionally.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.About Company: ABEC Limited (Asian Business Exhibitions and Conferences), established in the year 1993, is today a major player in the Indian exhibition and trade fairs industry.
