We’re Hiring | Operations Intern – Verification, Quality & Key Accounts 📍 Location: Kundalahalli Gate, Bengaluru 🕒 Duration: 3–6 Months 💼 Department: Operations 💰 Stipend: ₹17,600 per month We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support backend healthcare operations involving Video Verification, Report Quality Checks, Key Accounts Management, and Diagnostic Centre (DC) coordination. ✨Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Perform video verification as per defined SOPs and flag discrepancies ✔️ Conduct quality checks and upload medical reports, ensuring accuracy and TAT compliance ✔️ Support Key Accounts Management for insurance and corporate clients ✔️ Schedule and track medical appointments; update Show / No-Show status ✔️ Coordinate with Diagnostic Centres (DCs) for appointment confirmation and report dispatch ✔️ Follow up with DCs to resolve queries and ensure timely closure ✔️ Maintain trackers, documentation, and system updates ✔️Coordinate with internal teams (Call Centre, QC, Billing) for smooth operations ✨Who Can Apply ✔️Graduates / Final-year students ✔️ Good communication and coordination skills ✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets ✔️ Willingness to learn healthcare operations ✨ What You’ll Gain ✔️Hands-on exposure to healthcare backend operations ✔️Experience in verification, quality, and key accounts handling ✔️Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance 📩 Interested?
