Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Intern located in Bhubaneswar. The Operations Intern will support day-to-day operations, assist with project planning and execution, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure efficient workflows. The intern will also be involved in data analysis and contribute towards optimizing operational processes to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and solve problems efficiently
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of Sales and ability to support sales operations
• Operations Management and Project Management skills to assist with process optimization and planning
• Proficiency in time management and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field is recommended
