Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of operations within the FMCG sector. The intern will support the operations team in ensuring efficient and effective production and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning inventory and coordination.
Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizing operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a masters in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or work experience in operations, supply chain, or related areas.
Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software.
