We’re Hiring: Full-Time Intern — NBFC Operations at Masai!

, our NBFC Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting learners and ensuring smooth operational workflows — and we’re looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us.

📌 Role: Full-Time Intern — NBFC Operations (On-site)

📍 Location: Masai Office🗓️ Saturdays are typically working days

🔧 What You’ll Work On

Coordinating with multiple internal teams to support NBFC operations
Regular communication with Masai students (phone + email) — significant calling involved
Managing and analysing data using Google Sheets & MS Excel
Scheduling and planning stakeholder meetings; preparing agendas & follow-ups
Sharing daily progress updates and reports
Supporting operational tasks and learning new processes as needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Basic proficiency in Excel and strong data-handling skills in Google Sheets
Clear verbal & written communication — comfortable making calls
Strong organisation and coordination skills
Attention to detail and reliability
A curious, fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools & processes
