Operations Intern

Company: Drive Assist

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Intern to support our day-to-day operational activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, people management, and ensuring smooth workflows across teams.

Responsibilities:

Assist in driver onboarding and ensure all required documents are verified.

Lead the driver hiring process (screening, coordination & scheduling).

Provide app training to drivers and resolve usage-related queries.

Coordinate closely with the marketing team for campaigns and driver-related requirements.

Support daily operational tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain records and update internal dashboards/sheets regularly.

Requirements:

Must be based in Gurgaon (in-office internship)

Strong communication & coordination skills.

A basic understanding of operations will be an added advantage.

Comfortable interacting with drivers and internal teams.

Ability to handle responsibilities with ownership and discipline.
