Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Intern for an ecommerce portal, you support the end-to-end functioning of procurement activities on the platform. Your responsibilities typically include:

Assisting with vendor and product onboarding by verifying documents, product specifications, and compliance requirements.
Managing catalogue updates, including creation, modification, and categorisation of products/services on the ecommerce portal.
Monitoring purchase requests, bid progress, and order processing to ensure timely completion.
Coordinating with buyers and sellers to resolve issues related to listings, pricing, order fulfilment, or payment status.
Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and guidelines.
Preparing daily/weekly reports on procurement activities, order status, and operational metrics.
Supporting internal teams with data analysis, process optimization, and workflow documentation.

What are we looking for?

Currently pursuing/ Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field
Born negotiator with a curiosity for market trends.
Excel-friendly
Motivated self-starter with initiative and proactive spirit.
