About the Role

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our backend team. The role involves coordinating with vendors, using our internal software for generating MIS reports, and assisting in data reconciliation across different systems. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who wants to build a career in operations and gain real experience in a fast-growing travel/tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors on a day-to-day basis for updates, clarifications, and support.
• Use internal tools/software to generate accurate MIS reports.
• Assist the backend team with data reconciliation and verification tasks.
• Maintain structured records and documentation for operational activities.
• Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide administrative support related to operations as required.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Sincere, reliable, and disciplined approach to work.
• Soft-spoken with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication, data entry).
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Attention to detail and willingness to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to work calmly under guidance and follow processes correctly.

• Fresh graduates, final-year students, or candidates looking for practical experience in operations.
• No prior work experience required

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week
• 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM (1-hour lunch break)
