Role Overview

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in
Tally Prime (EditLog)
.
Record daily sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
Handle
GST & TDS entries
, returns preparation, and ensure compliance.
Perform
bank, Razorpay, and vendor reconciliations
on a regular basis.
Prepare MIS reports and share monthly financial summaries with management.
Manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and petty cash.
Assist auditors in statutory and internal audits.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, and vouchers.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Tally
(Tally Prime preferred).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Experience in bank reconciliation and vendor management.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
