Role Overview

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in

  Tally Prime (EditLog)

  .
• Record daily sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.
• Handle

  GST & TDS entries

  , returns preparation, and ensure compliance.
• Perform

  bank, Razorpay, and vendor reconciliations

  on a regular basis.
• Prepare MIS reports and share monthly financial summaries with management.
• Manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and petty cash.
• Assist auditors in statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Tally

  (Tally Prime preferred).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and vendor management.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
