Role: Travel Consultant – Entry Level

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing Sales team. As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be helping customers plan their dream vacations by understanding their needs, creating personalized itineraries, and guiding them through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and present customized travel packages.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations and experiences.
• Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM (training will be provided).
• Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
• Freshers are welcome – prior experience in travel sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Zoho or other CRMs is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations.

Preferred (but not required)

• Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh or Rajasthan tourism.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Between ₹15K to ₹18K per month
• Quarterly Commissions: Earn more when you exceed sales targets.

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week (1 weekly off as per roster)
• 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM (1-hour lunch break)
