Role: Travel Consultant – Entry Level We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing Sales team. As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be helping customers plan their dream vacations by understanding their needs, creating personalized itineraries, and guiding them through the booking process. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and present customized travel packages. Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations and experiences. Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM (training will be provided). Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates). Freshers are welcome – prior experience in travel sales is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational ability. Basic computer skills; knowledge of Zoho or other CRMs is a plus. Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus. A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations. Preferred (but not required) Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh or Rajasthan tourism. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Between ₹15K to ₹18K per month Quarterly Commissions: Earn more when you exceed sales targets. Performance Bonuses: Win prizes through regular sales competitions.
