Role: Travel Consultant – Entry Level We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing Sales team. As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be helping customers plan their dream vacations by understanding their needs, creating personalized itineraries, and guiding them through the booking process. Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and present customized travel packages. Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations and experiences. Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM (training will be provided). Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates). Freshers are welcome – prior experience in travel sales is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and organizational ability. Basic computer skills; knowledge of Zoho or other CRMs is a plus. Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus. A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations. Preferred (but not required) Knowledge of Madhya Pradesh or Rajasthan tourism. We are now looking for a Social Media & Content Executive (IG-first) to build and scale our digital presence. Role Overview You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across Instagram (primary), along with supporting content for email, WhatsApp, and other platforms. The goal is to grow our brand presence, generate leads, and engage travelers by blending AI-powered tools with authentic travel storytelling. Key Responsibilities Instagram Growth & Engagement Plan and publish content calendar (Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels). Use trending audio, hashtags, and collaborations to maximize reach. Engage with followers via comments, DMs, polls, and contests. Content Creation & Editing Use AI tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate creative images/videos/captions. Edit reels, photos, and graphics using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express . Curate UGC (User-Generated Content) from travelers and showcase client stories. Campaigns & Lead Generation Run small-scale IG campaigns for offers, fixed departures, contests. Coordinate with sales team to align posts with live packages. Ensure content drives engagement → website visits → enquiries. Analytics & Reporting Track follower growth, engagement rate, reel performance, website clicks. Suggest improvements based on insights. Cross-Channel Support Repurpose IG content for WhatsApp broadcasts, emailers, YouTube Shorts. Support in creating short itineraries / visual flyers for marketing. Must-Have Skills Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, hashtags, and stories . Hands-on experience with Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express . Comfort with AI content tools (images, captions, reels). Creativity + eye for design, color, and storytelling. Basic knowledge of social media analytics . Passion for travel and storytelling . Prior work in travel industry or with lifestyle brands is preferred. Who You Are 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong IG portfolios may be considered). Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally (minimum 2 years) to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work closely with management to ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in Tally Prime (EditLog) . Record daily sales, purchase, receipts, and payments. Handle GST & TDS entries , returns preparation, and ensure compliance. Perform bank, Razorpay, and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis. Prepare MIS reports and share monthly financial summaries with management. Manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and petty cash. Assist auditors in statutory and internal audits. Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, and vouchers. Requirements Graduate in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
