Senior Travel Consultant

As a Senior Travel Consultant at FabMyTrip, your role is crucial in helping customers plan their dream vacations. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer requirements and presenting customized travel packages. - Providing expert advice and recommendations on destinations and experiences. - Negotiating and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. - Maintaining accurate records in Zoho CRM. - Keeping up to date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or related field is preferred. - At least 1 year of prior experience in travel sales is a must. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and organizational ability. - Basic computer skills; knowledge of Zoho or other CRMs is a plus. - Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus. - A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Madhya Pradesh tourist destinations. In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect: - Base Salary: Between 18K to 25K per month. - Quarterly Commissions: Earn more by exceeding sales targets. - Performance Bonuses: Participate in regular sales competitions to win prizes. - Training & Growth: Learn from experienced professionals and advance your career in the travel industry.
