Job Title: Senior Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior Travel Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of travel products and services. This role involves developing customized travel packages, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, and direct customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for both individual and group travel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and vendors.
• Present, promote, and sell travel packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, tours, and other related services.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, destinations, and competitive pricing.

Client Management

• Provide personalized travel consultation and itinerary planning for leisure and corporate clients.
• Handle client inquiries promptly, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and other service providers.
• Negotiate and secure the best possible rates and contracts.
• Ensure all bookings, documentation, and payments are handled accurately and on time.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
