Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at upliance.ai, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations across various functions such as supply chain, inventory, procurement, and service workflows. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting day-to-day operations across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and service workflows. - Maintaining and regularly updating documentation, trackers, and operational data. - Observing on-ground processes and building clear, actionable process flow diagrams. - Working closely with engineering teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Reading and interpreting technical spec sheets for components, packaging, and raw materials. - Assisting in sourcing and procurement, including vendor scouting, quotation follow-ups, and documentation. - Coordinating with external vendors and internal teams for seamless execution of tasks. - Analyzing ops data to identify bottlenecks and contribute to process improvement initiatives. - Traveling to warehouses, service hubs, and vendor locations when required (all travel expenses covered by the company). - Taking ownership of project-based tasks with defined deliverables and timelines.
