Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tour Coordination & Execution

Manage complete tour operations for domestic and international travel.

Create itineraries, travel plans, and tour packages as per client requirements.

Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and local partners.

Ensure all bookings (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) are confirmed on time.

Monitor daily tour schedules and ensure smooth execution.

2. Customer Handling

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Provide pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour assistance to clients.

Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Communicate tour details, travel documents, and instructions clearly to clients.

3. Documentation & Booking Management

Prepare invoices, vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents.

Maintain booking records, traveler details, and payment status.

Handle visa documents, passport details, insurance, and necessary travel paperwork.

4. Coordination with Sales Team

Work closely with the sales team for bookings, queries, and package customization.

Update sales executives about availability, pricing, and special offers.

Share booking status and tour updates regularly.

5. Vendor Management

Negotiate rates with hotels, airlines, and transport vendors.

Build strong relationships with domestic and international vendors.

Ensure quality service delivery from all partner vendors.

6. Operational Reporting

Prepare operational reports, MIS, and daily booking updates.

Track tour performance, costs, and customer feedback.

Support management in improving operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field.

Minimum 13 years of experience in tour & travel operations.

Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.

Good command of English communication (written & verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic travel software.

Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure.
