Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised Operations Executive to support the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the company. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring process efficiency, monitoring key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Executive, you will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of business processes and support the company’s overall operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.

● Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Sales to support cross-functional operations.

● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.

● Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation related to operations performance and project updates.

● Support vendor management, procurement processes, and inventory control where applicable.

● Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

● Assist in implementing new systems, tools, or workflows to streamline operations.

● Provide support in planning and executing company-wide initiatives and events.


Candidate Requirements

● Immediate joiner preferred.

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role; experience in a fast-growing company is a plus.

● Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or operations software (e.g., ERP, CRM tools).

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.

● Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
