Role Overview

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client operations, including tracking progress, reporting, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Coordinate between internal teams (marketing, design, execution) to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for ongoing projects.
• Support the Founder’s Office in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Help implement systems and tools for better project management and communication.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage basic administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Traits

• Startup or consulting experience is a plus.
• Interest in business problem-solving, systems thinking, and operational efficiency.
