ABOUT THE JOB

The Operations Executive will play a key role in managing the complete student journey - from university admission to visa application. This position involves coordinating with students, universities, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing, timely documentation, and a seamless study abroad experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and submit university applications accurately and on time.
Coordinate with universities for offer letters, updates, and follow-ups.
Assist students with documentation and form-filling for applications.
Review and verify all supporting documents before submission.
Schedule and manage student interviews.
Maintain records and track the progress of each student’s application.
Stay informed about visa policies, admission timelines, and university requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Administration, or related field).
1 - 2 Years of Relevant Experience in student visa or overseas education consultancy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
