Role Summary As an Account Manager (Sales), you’ll own the complete customer lifecycle for doorstep pet grooming, pet sitting, home pet boarding, and dog training—from inbound lead management and consultative sales, to service coordination, payment, and repeat engagement. Your focus will include both inbound and outbound sales, with a clear daily call/talk time expectation to drive conversions and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Management (Inbound & Outbound): Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, website, and social; actively conduct outbound follow-ups/calling to maximize lead conversion, with an expected combined talk time of 3+ hours daily. Consultative Sales & Cross-Selling: Explain service offerings and pricing, guide customers, and cross-sell or upsell grooming subscriptions (semiannual/annual) and other services. Subscription & Renewal Sales: Proactively pitch and close subscription packages and manage renewal targets as part of your core KPIs. Matching & Coordination: Identify, screen, and assign the best host/groomer/trainer for each customer, ensure service quality, and manage smooth communication between clients and providers. Account Management: Ensure payments are collected, accounts are updated in CRM, and all post-sale follow-up is completed. Quality & Feedback: Track order fulfillment, collect feedback, and troubleshoot issues for continuous improvement. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers to drive repeat bookings and loyalty. Reporting: Maintain daily sales records, report on targets, revenue, and conversion metrics. Teamwork & Ownership: Collaborate with the founders and core team, take full ownership of sales targets, and drive new initiatives for business growth.
