Role summary

Support day-to-day operations by enforcing workflows, running quality checks, and logging every exception or deviation. You’ll act as the first line of defense against process breakdowns — ensuring tasks move smoothly, quality is maintained, and all unusual issues are captured for quick resolution.

Key responsibilities:

1) Workflow monitoring:

• Track ongoing tasks in Jira/Asana/Click Up to ensure all steps are followed as per SOP.
• Flag non-compliance immediately to the Ops Manager.

2)Quality control:

• Perform daily QC sampling based on defined checklists.
• Record defects and their root causes in the defect log.

3)Exception logging:

• Document “novel” or blocking issues in the exception log with complete details.
• Ensure incidents are linked to the relevant SOP or project.

4)Daily reporting:

• Share daily adherence, defect, and exception stats with Ops Manager.

5)Process updates:

• Assist in updating SOPs with screenshots, steps, or edge-case handling as instructed.

6)Coordination:

• Liaise with delivery teams to get missing data, evidence, or updates for tasks stuck in workflow.

7) Compliance checks:

• Verify that data handling and file storage follow company/KPO standards.

Skills & qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in 

  Operations / Quality / Process Monitoring

  , ideally in SaaS, KPO, or BPO.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Basic familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Click Up, or Monday.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for daily reports.
• Clear and concise communicator — can document issues without ambiguity.
• Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple task streams simultaneously.
