Job Overview:

As an Operations Executive at CoKarma, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our coworking spaces. You will oversee facilities, manage operations, and enhance the member experience by coordinating administrative and service-related tasks. Your role is central to creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for our community.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Onboarding & Support:

    Assist in onboarding new members and provide ongoing support to address queries and enhance their experience.
  • Administrative Management:

    Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, membership records, and payment tracking.
  • Collaboration with Teams:

    Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth member transitions and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Process & Policy Implementation:

    Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and maintain service quality.
  • Oversee usage of internal tools (access control, billing systems, CRM, and ticketing tools). Track payments, overdue invoices, renewals, and cancellation trends.
  • Serve as the escalation point for major operational issues, facility breakdowns, or member conflicts.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, facility management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand agreements, invoices, and ledgers.
