Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, your role will involve implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies across various digital channels, monitor campaign performance, and optimize results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Execution:

    Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and mobile marketing.
  • Content Creation and Management:

    Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, such as blog posts, social media posts, website content, email newsletters, and more. Collaborate with the design team for visually appealing and effective content.
  • Social Media Management:

    Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Develop social media strategies, create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor social media analytics.
  • SEO and Website Optimization:

    Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Paid Advertising:

    Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant ad platforms. Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Email Marketing:

    Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting the audience, managing email lists, and analyzing email performance metrics. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to understand target audience behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

    Collaborate with internal teams, such as design, content, and sales, to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging. Communicate marketing plans, results, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.


Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  •  Knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  •  Understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  •  Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
