Job Description

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive for our branch office in Goa.


Job Summary:


The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process, creating quotes, follow up for PO with client, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers

Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information

Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

Familiarity with procurement software and tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Job location - Panaji.

Candidates already based locally will be preferred. No relocation allowance / assistance will be provided to outstation candidates.
