Job Description

Position Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational activities related to service activation (HDFC, AePS), maintaining MIS reports, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth execution of daily operational tasks. The role requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Service Activation & Operational Support

  • Handle activation processes for HDFC banking services, AePS services, and other assigned products.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and activation of retailers/partners on various platforms.
  • Troubleshoot activation-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Follow up with partners, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely activation.

B. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact between partners, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination activities to ensure operational continuity.
  • Escalate issues promptly to supervisors and follow through until closure.
  • Circulate updates, alerts, and process changes to the relevant stakeholders.

C. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated MIS for service activation, transaction performance, and partner status.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and share them with concerned teams.
  • Analyze operational data and provide insights for improving efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

D. Process Improvement & CR Management

  • Identify gaps or challenges in operational workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Raise Change Requests (CR) with IT/Tech teams when system changes or enhancements are required.
  • Track CR progress and ensure implementation within expected timelines.

E. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all operational activities adhere to compliance guidelines and company SOPs.
  • Maintain proper documentation for activation, communication logs, and reports.
  • Support audits or internal reviews by providing required data.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce / Business Administration / IT).

Experience

  • 1–3 years in Operations / MIS / Banking processes / Fintech (preferred).
  • Experience with AePS, Banking products, or HDFC activation will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
