Job Opening Accounts Executive (Full Time position based at VKIA, Jaipur) Job Summary: We're looking for an entry level profile of Accounts Executive, to become part of accounts and finance team of the distribution business house. The candidate at this position will be groomed to take bigger roles in the firm, over a period of time. The candidate will get exposure in the new age distribution business, emerging technologies and will be part of a young and growing team. Key Responsibilities Accounts Entries: Regular accounting entries like invoicing, daily accounting, various vouchers entries. Regular reconciliations of Bank statements, tax statements, and party accounts. Taxation and Compliance: Assist senior team members in ensuring compliance of GST, TCD/ TDS filing, ESI, PF, Income tax etc. If required coordinate Debtor & Creditors management: Work with team on regular reporting of debtors, debtors recovery process, creditors account reconciliation management. Daily reporting: Following the accounts team reporting process. Vendor & Consultants coordination. Coordinate with Vendors for maintaining and ensuring regular office supplies. Coordinate with various consultants and suppliers and ensure timely payments to them. Skills & Experience Required: Good written communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, Most importantly ability to work under chaos and have a strong team working attitude. Proficient on Microsoft office, writing emails, and handling billing software's. Even if there is no prior knowledge of billing / Accounting software, we expect the candidate to learn it fast. Relationship builder and understanding of basic trade practices. Graduate in Commerce with no experience or experience up to maximum 2 years. The candidate will be trained on all aspects of accounts and finance for initial two years; and then the candidate will be given bigger responsibility within the accounts & finance team.
