Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
Monitor process performance and highlight issues or delays to the senior team.
Support project execution, scheduling, and resource management.
Handle data entry, analysis, and basic administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administration roles (freshers are welcome).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Good verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
